Common questions
How do refunds work?
Steps 1 to 3 are free with no time limit, so you can see how it works before you pay for anything. Within 14 days of paying, you get a full refund if you have used at most one counsellor session. After that, we refund the unused full months of your plan year. Billing errors are always refunded in full. The Refund Policy has the details.
How do I cancel or reschedule a mentor session?
From My Bookings: reschedule to a new time or cancel. Cancel more than 24 hours before and you are refunded in full; cancel within 24 hours and there is no refund. If your mentor does not show up, you are refunded in full.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — email us from your account email and we delete your account and personal data per our Privacy Policy.
I'm a parent — how do I see my child's progress?
You don't need an account. Your child adds your email under Profile, and a progress summary is emailed to you.
What can I do for free?
Steps 1 to 3 are free, with no time limit and no card. Your work is saved, and the plan picks up from there. No card is asked for, so nothing can be charged without you choosing the plan.
How much is the plan?
One plan for Grade 9 to 12, ₹50,000 a year + GST (₹59,000 a year including GST): the step-by-step guide, your own professional counsellor, 2 sessions a month, and all the tools. Families can book a free call with us before deciding.
My child is under 18. What happens to their data?
India's DPDP Act treats an under-18 as a child, so we ask for a date of birth and, where the student is a minor, for a parent or guardian's consent before processing continues. Behavioural analytics and advertising are switched off for every minor regardless of consent, because the Act bans that outright and a parent cannot waive it.
Do you guarantee admission anywhere?
No, and nobody honestly can. Highly selective universities reject thousands of applicants who meet every published requirement. What we guarantee is that the data you plan with is sourced and dated, and that we will tell you when a list is unbalanced.
Which countries and boards do you support?
Twenty examination boards including IB, CBSE, ICSE, A-Levels and AP, and universities worldwide - the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, France and more. Prices are shown in rupees in India and dollars elsewhere, with university fees left in the university's own currency.
