• Verified — official sources. Government and university records (IPEDS, NIRF and more) are the ground truth.
• AI-researched — cited, not verified. Real-time research with the source linked so you can check it.
• AI-generated — always labeled, never disguised. Estimates are marked as estimates.

Every number on the platform shows which layer it came from.
