Every student on the plan gets their own counsellor: 2 sessions a month, included. You pick them, or we suggest the best fit for your profile.
What your counsellor does
Your profile, list, deadlines and essays are already in front of them, so a session starts at your question. They check your list, keep your dates honest and read your drafts. You do the writing.
How we vet counsellors
- Apply - Your experience, the boards and countries you know, your CV and LinkedIn, and a signed declaration that you take no commissions. Ten minutes.
- Screening - We read your CV and LinkedIn and look at your track record.
- A written task - One sample student. You build a university list, a three-month plan and feedback on a sample essay. Around ninety minutes, and we read every one.
- ID and credentials - Government ID and confirmation of your qualifications.
- Start with three, grow to ten - You begin with up to three students while you find your rhythm. As families settle with you, you take on more.
What they never do
- Write your essays - They read your drafts and tell you what is not working. The words stay yours.
- Promise admission - Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling something. They tell you where you honestly stand.
- Take commissions - No fees from universities or education agents, ever. We pay them per session, and that is the only money they make from working with you.
